3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • We will notify you once your refund has been processed.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage.

  • We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please:

  • Return the original item following the return process above.

  • Place a new order for the replacement item.


6. Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
